Kodawari Ramen was a standout for its unique take on ramen. Designed to replicate the ambiance of Tokyo’s Tsukiji Fish Market, the restaurant offers a seafood broth that’s rich and flavorful. I ordered the Sardine Bomb ramen, and it was packed with umami, all without fishy notes. The handmade noodles are a delicious touch.
La Renommee impressed me like no other. With a blend of classic Parisian charm and a hint of New York style, it’s one of the hottest reservations in town. I couldn’t resist the escargot in garlic butter and the steak tartare. And trust me, the chocolate mousse is something we all need to experience at least once!
Echo is an all-day café with a laid-back vibe. I ordered The Morning Sandy, which combines a breakfast sandwich and a smashburger. The flavors meld beautifully, making it a delightful treat. The team behind Echo has roots in LA’s Gjusta, adding to its trendy appeal.
