Weld County keeps an eye on food safety at restaurants, schools, grocery stores, and other food-handling places. They use three categories for evaluations: pass, reinspection required, and closed. Inspectors look at essential factors like cooking and refrigeration equipment, cross-contamination between raw and ready-to-eat foods, and employee hygiene.
Pass: The establishment meets food safety standards but may have resolved some issues during the inspection.
Reinspection Required: There were food safety violations that need follow-up to confirm corrections were made.
Closed: Serious health hazards were found, and the establishment must stop operations until issues are resolved.
Facilities that initially scored a “closed” but later corrected their issues are marked with an asterisk, indicating they reopened.
