Launched on March 12, 2024, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this Vande Bharat Express quickly gained popularity thanks to its speed and comfort. It connects two key cities in western India, becoming the go-to choice for many commuters.

Four additional AC Chair Car coaches will be introduced, enhancing travel comfort. This adjustment aligns with the Indian Ministry of Railways’ ongoing efforts to improve rail services. A recent survey indicated that train usage has surged, with 70% of passengers preferring the Vande Bharat for its modern amenities and punctuality.
Train Schedule and Route
This train covers about 491 km, departing Ahmedabad at 06:05 AM and arriving in Mumbai Central by 11:45 AM. It stops at Vadodara Junction, Surat, Vapi, and Borivali, providing various travel options.
Ticket Options
Passengers can choose from General, Tatkal, Senior Citizen, and Ladies quotas, making it accessible for everyone. With these enhancements, the Ahmedabad-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express not only promises a better travel experience but also reflects the growing demand for efficient rail services in India.
