Google has just launched its AI Plus subscription in 35 new countries, including the U.S. This move comes after a global introduction last September.
AI Plus offers a more affordable option at $7.99 per month, compared to AI Pro’s $19.99. It includes 200 GB of Google One storage for Photos, Drive, and Gmail, which can be shared with up to five family members.
With AI Plus, users can access enhanced features like Gemini 3 Pro, Deep Research, and a limited version of Veo 3.1. In tools like Flow and Whisk, you’ll get 200 monthly AI credits for creating videos and transforming images into videos.
Google has also integrated Gemini into its other apps, including Gmail and Google Workspace. For those using NotebookLM, the benefits include improved audio overviews and notebooks, plus early access to Gemini in Chrome.
New subscribers in the U.S. can enjoy 50% off for the first two months, bringing the cost down to $3.99.
Additionally, Google One Premium subscribers with a 2 TB plan will automatically gain access to all the perks of AI Plus shortly.
The subscription is now available in a variety of countries, including:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- Japan
- United Arab Emirates
- Switzerland
- New Zealand
- Puerto Rico
- Many more
As AI continues to shape various industries, its racial implications and accessibility are topics of growing interest. Recent studies indicate that more people are concerned about how AI can impact job markets and personal privacy. Reports from the World Economic Forum show that 85 million jobs may disappear due to AI, while 97 million new roles could emerge. This evolution is crucial for users to consider as they dive into AI technologies.
