Registration Opens for 2026 ARGUS University Challenge
The 2026 ARGUS University Challenge is now open for registration until February 26. This exciting event encourages budding real estate professionals from around the world to showcase their skills by analyzing a fictional real estate scenario.
Participants will work under the guidance of a sponsoring professor. They will use ARGUS Enterprise to assess a property’s potential performance. The aim is to prepare students for a rapidly changing commercial real estate (CRE) landscape.
