Mastro echoed similar sentiments, stating that although she is proud to represent the U.S., she finds the current situation at home disheartening. She believes it’s essential to remain aware and fight for kindness and compassion during difficult times.
Chloe Kim remarked on the opportunities the U.S. has given her family, stressing the importance of voicing opinions about current events. She believes that leading with love and understanding is crucial.
