A group of 22 experts, including ecologists and marine biologists, are expressing their concerns about the Mamallan Reservoir project in Tamil Nadu. They recently contacted Chief Minister M.K. The Environmental Impact Assessment for the project notes that flooding in nearby villages stems from drainage problems on certain roads.
