The Competition

As swimming continues to grow in popularity, recent studies highlight how student-athletes are balancing demanding schedules. According to a 2022 report by the NCAA, over 480,000 students compete in collegiate sports, emphasizing the commitment it takes to excel both academically and athletically. Watching these athletes perform at the ECAC Championships provides a glimpse into their hard work and determination.
