The Florida State men’s golf team is gearing up for the 16th annual Cabo Collegiate at the Twin Dolphin Club in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, from March 1-3, 2026. Competing against 16 teams, FSU will face four that are currently ranked in the top 10.

This will be FSU’s 12th consecutive appearance at the Cabo Collegiate, where they’ve had notable success, including a championship win in 2015 and strong top-three finishes in 2021, 2022, and 2025.

In 2025, Tyler Weaver emerged as the champion, finishing with an impressive score of 8-under, 205, following a three-way tie. The Seminoles ended that tournament at even par, earning third place with a total score of 852.

Recently, Weaver continued his strong play with a top-five finish at the Watersound Invitational in Panama City Beach, Florida. He finished at 8-under, 202, wrapping up with a bogey-free round, tying his personal best score of 65. Teammates Jack Bigham and Carson Brewer also showed great form, each finishing at 1-under. This teamwork helped the Seminoles secure fourth place at the event with a total score of 9-under, 831.
