PANAJI: After almost two months without action, the Union Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has revived the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA). The Secretary (Environment) will chair the newly formed committee, officially notified on February 26, which will operate for three years.
