TUCSON, Ariz. — Savannah Guthrie, the host of the “Today” show, and her sister visited their mother’s home for the first time since Nancy Guthrie went missing a month ago. In a heartfelt scene captured by NewsNation and FOX News Digital, Savannah, her sister Annie, and brother-in-law Tommaso Cioni were seen embracing and laying down yellow flowers.
At the edge of the property, family members set up a touching tribute. It featured flowers, yellow ribbons, crosses, and a sign reading “Let Nancy Come Home,” alongside a small angel statue.
Later, Savannah shared a photo of this tribute online, expressing gratitude for the support from the community. She wrote, “We feel the love and prayers from our neighbors and from around the country,” adding a heartfelt plea for continued hope and prayers.
Nancy, 84, was last seen on January 31 and reported missing the next day. Authorities believe she may have been kidnapped or taken against her will. Blood drops were found on her porch, and the FBI released surveillance footage showing a masked man at her doorstep on the night she vanished. Recently, reports indicated that a Ring camera captured 12 vehicles passing near her home around the time she disappeared. However, officials have not confirmed if any of those vehicles are linked to her case. Investigators are currently sifting through hundreds of hours of footage.
Nancy’s home is now back in the care of her family, who have posted “no trespassing” signs around the property.
