Despite the Trump administration’s “Make America Healthy Again” campaign, concerns have risen over Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s controversial views on vaccines, especially with a surge in measles cases reported across the country.
Among the events, the flagship rally took place on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. There, scientists, health professionals, and lawmakers spoke about the importance of science in daily life. Colette Delawalla, the organization’s founder, emphasized that when facing health challenges, people naturally turn to science for solutions. “If you or a loved one faces an illness without a cure, you look to science for hope,” she said.
