Sebastian Toerstad, an 18-year-old student, witnessed the aftermath while driving by. He noted a thick layer of smoke in the area and confirmed that there was visible damage to the embassy entrance.
Authorities are continuing their investigation and have not found any further explosive devices nearby. The Oslo police have communicated with the embassy, assuring that no injuries have been reported.
