Kobuko hasn’t quite made his mark yet. He started as just another weak character, but we’re giving him a self-healing buff. This change should help him last longer in the game and add some excitement for players.
Vayne, on the other hand, has struggled since the nerf to Kraken. Despite multiple attempts to boost her performance, she still isn’t reaching the desired level. We’ll try one more buff. If she doesn’t rise to at least B tier this time, we might consider switching her to an AP build in the final patch.
Kai’Sa is an interesting case. Her AP build has been performing better than her AD version lately. To balance things out, we’re giving AD lovers a bit of attention.
As for Yunara, she relied heavily on Sett for support, and now that he’s been nerfed, she’s finding it tough to close out games.
Regarding our 5-cost characters, we’re adjusting based on the changes we made in the last patch. Galio has gained popularity, so we’re applying a durability nerf. This will also decrease his damage, as his abilities are linked to his resistances.
Ryze, particularly at two stars, is a bit too powerful with his new four Region comp. We’re toning down his one-star version to keep things fair. The T-Hex buff looks major at first glance, but given its channel time, the impact won’t be as significant.
We’re also lowering the performance of some strong Augments to balance gameplay. Promised Protection hasn’t lived up to its name, so it’s being removed. Lastly, we’re temporarily pulling Walk the True Path II, our only route to Ionia’s Prismatic. It’s currently overpowered, especially since it’s showing up in unintended places.
These adjustments reflect an ongoing effort to maintain fairness and fun in the game. Player feedback continues to guide our decisions as we move forward.
Recent game feedback shows that players are eager for new balance changes to keep gameplay fresh and engaging, resonating with the community’s desire for a fair competition. As we make these tweaks, we’ll monitor player reactions closely.
