Don’t Miss the Greater Cleveland Sports Awards: How to Watch on Rock Entertainment Sports Network and WUAB

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Rock Entertainment Sports Network (RESN) and WUAB CW43 will air the 25th Annual Greater Cleveland Sports Awards live on February 6, from 7 to 10 p.m.

This event celebrates the remarkable achievements of local and professional athletes across a range of sports. It will take place at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, featuring well-known presenters and notable figures who have significantly influenced Cleveland’s sports scene.

The excitement kicks off at 7 p.m. with a special pre-show. Hosts Mark Schwab, Shannon Smith, and Leah Doherty will lead a 30-minute red carpet segment. They’ll interview local sports celebrities before the main ceremony starts at 7:30 p.m.

This year, the awards will honor Dan Gilbert, the Chairman of the Cleveland Cavaliers, with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Additionally, attendees can look forward to a reunion celebrating the 30th anniversary of the 1995 American League Championship-winning Cleveland Indians.

There will also be a heartfelt tribute to beloved Cleveland broadcaster Jim Donovan, celebrating his impact on the community.
