We’re excited to share that the first-ever Closed Beta for Once Human, a free-to-play survival game, is launching soon on Xbox Series X|S! Limited spots are available, so players can dive into this unique world and help shape its future.

- Pre-download starts: March 24, 7:00 PM
- Servers go live: March 26, 7:00 PM
- Servers close: April 8, 11:59 PM
About the Closed Beta
This beta will be up for a short time, allowing players to try the tutorial and the Manibus scenario on servers in North America and Europe. Progress will be wiped after the beta, but participants will get exclusive rewards linked to their accounts.
How to Join on Xbox
To sign up, follow these steps:
- Open the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Xbox Series X|S (download it from the Microsoft Store if you don’t have it).
- Go to the Previews section.
- Select Once Human Closed Beta.
- Hit Join to complete the registration.
- If selected, you’ll be taken to the Store page to install the beta when it’s ready.
