On the women’s side, Amber Glenn also sought redemption after not reaching the podium in Milan. Unfortunately, she faced a tough situation in Prague, finishing sixth despite a strong start. She initially placed third but struggled in her free skate, leading to disappointment.
In women’s singles, Kaori Sakamoto celebrated her fourth world title. Known for her dramatic performances, she scored a personal best in her final competitive skate. “This season was tougher than expected,” Sakamoto admitted but expressed jubilation over closing her career on a high note.
