Hofstra’s men’s lacrosse team is gearing up for an exciting day this Saturday as they host Hampton for their last home game of the 2026 season. The match kicks off at 1 p.m. at James M. In their last outing, Hofstra faced a tough challenge against #13 Yale and lost, despite Natalie scoring three goals and Parkes adding two. Hofstra’s current record stands at 3-9 overall and 1-3 in CAA play.

On the other side, Hampton struggles this season with an 0-11 record, having recently lost 21-5 to Towson. Maliik Wood performed well in that game, scoring two goals and providing one assist.

Hofstra and Hampton will meet for the fourth time in history on Saturday. Hofstra leads the series 3-0, with their last match ending in a dominant 27-4 victory back in April 2025. This matchup offers a chance for Hofstra to maintain its winning streak against Hampton.

With plenty of emotions riding high for the seniors and the team’s performance on the line, this game promises to be a memorable one.
