Everyone has a story to share. Solana Beach Community Connections offers a Writing Workshop to help you tell yours with confidence. This workshop includes four two-hour sessions designed to create a supportive space for writing. It runs on Thursdays from May 7 to May 28 at the La Colonia Park Community Center in Solana Beach.

On May 2, Del Mar Social will host Spring Jam, a benefit concert for the International Health Collective at UC San Diego. From 1 to 4:30 p.m., six student groups will perform. Proceeds will buy a blood analyzer for a clinic in Tijuana to help those who can’t afford blood work. A $10 donation includes lunch.
