BENICIA, Calif. — Police are looking into the shooting death of a man that occurred Thursday night, which may have been self-defense during a domestic violence incident.
Shortly after 10 p.m., officers and firefighters were called to a house on London Circle. They found a man with a gunshot wound who sadly did not survive, despite attempts to save him.
The initial 911 call suggested that the shooting resulted from a domestic violence attack. Family members, including a juvenile, were involved and all reside in the same home.
Currently, no arrests have been made, and police have not released further details.
