ELM CREEK — Lexington Regional Health Center (LRHC) is excited to announce the opening of a new clinic in Elm Creek. This will enhance access to essential primary care for local residents and nearby areas.
This new site marks LRHC’s third satellite clinic, reflecting its dedication to meeting the healthcare needs of rural communities. The Village of Elm Creek played a crucial role in bringing this vision to life, showcasing the power of local partnerships.
The clinic will be mainly staffed by Leigh-Anne Lehmann, PA-C, who has a solid background in primary care. Coming from Eustis, Leigh-Anne understands the unique needs of rural patients. She emphasizes the importance of personal relationships in healthcare: “Rural healthcare is about knowing your patients, their families, and what matters to them. It feels rewarding to bring care back to Elm Creek,” she said.
