Out Montclair, the organization behind this festival, aims to support the LGBTQIA+ community in Montclair and beyond. They focus on building a safe community for marginalized individuals and raising awareness about violence against LGBTQIA+ people. Founded in 2022, the organization launched Montclair’s first Pride Festival, which drew over 18,000 attendees. Attendance has only grown since then, hitting more than 30,000 in 2025, and this year promises another great turnout!
This event highlights the growing acceptance and visibility of the LGBTQIA+ community in Montclair. It’s not just a festival; it’s a celebration of diversity and unity. As studies show, events like these help foster community spirit and provide safer environments for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Let’s come together to make this year’s festival unforgettable!
