After realizing Dart’s appearance on stage was genuine, Carter didn’t shy away from voicing his concerns on social media. He emphasized that Dart’s actions reflect not just on himself but on the entire Giants team. “He represents all of us,” Carter said during a practice. “It’s my responsibility to show my teammates and the world where I stand.”
Carter and Dart later discussed the incident and assured each other that they remained on good terms. “We’re close. We talk,” Dart said, highlighting their bond. “As long as we share the same goals, everything is good.”

Coach John Harbaugh commented on the situation, suggesting it could strengthen team unity. “It shows we can come together,” he said, referring to the connection between Dart and Carter, who come from different backgrounds. “It’s a chance for them to realize their platform and how to navigate it.”
