Danube Properties opens Knightsbridge office to expand UK presence
Danube Properties is expanding its UK presence with a new sales office in Central London, strengthening its international outreach to investors interested in Dubai real estate.
The office is located at 44 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, SW3 1BW. According to the company, the new site marks another step in its wider expansion across the United Kingdom.
The launch follows Danube Properties' first UK office in Harrow, which opened two years ago. The company said the Harrow office helped build connections with investors and homebuyers looking at premium Dubai property opportunities.
The Knightsbridge office is designed to provide easier access and more personalised support for clients in Central London and nearby areas. It will also include dedicated marketing suites and VR tour experiences, allowing investors to view property projects through immersive presentations.
Danube Properties said the move supports its long-term plan to grow through strategically located sales offices serving international buyers interested in Dubai's real estate market.
