Redrob AI Launches Professional AI Platform in India for Bharat – CXO Digitalpulse

New Delhi – Redrob AI has launched its professional AI platform in India, designed to cater specifically to the country’s workforce. This platform integrates job listings, artificial intelligence, resume preparation, research tools, productivity features, and workflow automation into a single user interface that supports over 30 languages, including many regional Indian languages such as Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, and Kannada.

Unlike existing global AI solutions that have been adapted for Indian users, Redrob AI is tailored for the Indian professional environment. The platform addresses common inefficiencies where users typically rely on disparate tools for job searching and productivity enhancements.

Redrob AI combines six core components into one environment: job searches across more than 50 platforms, AI assistance, resume creation, research capabilities, productivity features, and workflow automation. It boasts a database of over 790 million profiles and more than 20 million active job postings, all supported by six years of Indian professional data.

The launch occurs as Indian professionals increasingly face fragmented digital systems. Redrob AI aims to streamline this experience by allowing users to achieve their job-related outcomes without managing multiple platforms.

A notable aspect of the platform is its built-in multilingual functionality, reflecting the way Indian professionals operate rather than serving as a mere translated interface. This is especially relevant in tier 2 and tier 3 markets where language access remains a challenge.

Felix Kim, Founder and CEO of Redrob AI, stated, “An entire generation in India learned to work around broken systems. We didn’t set out to add another tool to that pile… Built for Bharat, from the start.” He further emphasized, “The next billion professionals in India don’t work in English, and they don’t live in someone else’s job market.”

The platform is aimed at early to mid-career professionals, including students involved in placement cycles and individuals looking to transition careers. Redrob AI is currently accessible on both web and mobile, with free access available at launch.

In conjunction with its launch, Redrob AI is introducing a nationwide hackathon called INDIA RUNS, in partnership with Hack2Skill. This initiative aims to democratize access to AI innovation and has a prize pool exceeding ₹50 lakh, encouraging participation from diverse backgrounds.

Looking forward, Redrob AI intends to enhance its platform capabilities by decreasing reliance on external tools while increasing contextual intelligence tailored to Indian users. Kim added, “We launched with six products in one platform. The roadmap is about removing the need for anything outside it.”

With a focus on an India-first approach, Redrob AI enters the market at a time when the demand for localized AI solutions is growing, particularly within a diverse and rapidly digitizing workforce.
