Actor Kriti Sanon, her sister Nupur Sanon and their mother Geeta Sanon sold four residential properties in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a combined value of about Rs 8.9 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The four transactions, involving units at Raheja Classique, were registered in April 2026. Square Yards said it reviewed records available through the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration website.
Two apartments were sold for Rs 3.23 crore each. Each unit has a built-up area of 60.78 square metres, or about 654 square feet, and a carpet area of 50.63 square metres, or about 545 square feet. Each property includes one car parking space.
Stamp duty of Rs 19.41 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000 were recorded for each of those two transactions.
Two smaller units were sold for Rs 1.21 crore each. Each has a built-up area of 22.86 square metres, or about 246 square feet, and a carpet area of 19.05 square metres, or about 205 square feet.
Those transactions each involved stamp duty of Rs 7.29 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
According to the release, Geeta Sanon bought two of the units in July 2013 for a combined Rs 1.40 crore, while Kriti Sanon and Nupur Sanon acquired the other two in June 2017 for a combined Rs 2.90 crore. Based on the reported values, the family’s investment appreciated by approximately Rs 4.6 crore over holding periods ranging from nine to 13 years.
