Exciting Updates: New Women’s and Men’s Hockey Schedules Released by Rochester Institute of Technology Athletics!

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Exciting schedule changes are coming for the RIT Men’s and Women’s Hockey teams!
WOMEN SECURE HOME PLAYOFF SPOT
The women’s team is set for a home quarterfinal game on Saturday, Feb. 22, as they clinched either the third or fourth seed in the 2025 Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) Tournament. The game will take place at 3:05 p.m. at the Gene Polisseni Center, with the opponent still to be announced.
More details about tickets will be shared soon.
MEN’S GAME TIME CHANGE
To make way for the women’s playoff game, the men’s match against Mercyhurst will now start at 7:05 p.m. on Feb. 22, moved from its original time of 5:05 p.m.
If you already bought tickets for this game, they will still be valid for the new time.
MEN’S FIRST ROUND AHA TOURNAMENT GAME
The men’s team is confirmed for a first-round game in the AHA Tournament on Saturday, March 1. Their opponent and location will depend on the final conference standings.
Teams placed sixth to eighth will host the ninth to eleventh seeds.
