Captain America: Brave New World Soars with M in Opening Day Sales – A Must-See Success!

Captain America is taking the box office by storm! The latest film, “Captain America: Brave New World,” starring Anthony Mackie, made an impressive $40 million on its opening day in the U.S. This blockbuster has landed the top box office spot.

This film is the third standalone Captain America movie and features Hollywood icon Harrison Ford, who plays both President Thaddeus Ross and his alter-ego, Red Hulk. It’s a thrilling addition to the Marvel universe.

Interestingly, this is the second Marvel film in less than a year to see such strong first-day sales. Last summer, “Deadpool and Wolverine” took in $38.5 million on its debut day, proving that Marvel still reigns supreme at the box office.

In addition to Captain America, kids and families can enjoy a new adventure with Paddington Bear. “Paddington in Peru” hit theaters on the same day, earning $5.1 million on opening day, securing the second spot at the box office.

This film, featuring Ben Whishaw and Olivia Colman, is the third in the Paddington series, inspired by the beloved children’s books by Michael Bond. Critics are already raving about it—one, Johnny Oleksinski, noted that Paddington’s message about family might just bring a tear to your eye.

In fourth place is the animated film “Ne Zha 2,” which sold $3.1 million in tickets on its opening day. This sequel follows the story from the first “Ne Zha,” which was inspired by the classic Chinese novel “Investiture of the Gods.”

Finally, rounding out the top five is “Dog Man,” another animated feature that made $2.77 million in its third week.
