Dev Note: This patch brings significant updates to Battlegrounds! Look out for new heroes inspired by StarCraft, an array of cosmetic rewards, and the return of Anomalies with a twist! Plus, a much-anticipated feature: combat speed-up!
New Anomalies!
Anomalies return to Battlegrounds, now also playable in Duos! These are game-changing effects that apply to everyone, so adapt quickly to win!
Some Anomalies have been adjusted while 21 new ones (4 exclusive to Duos) have been added. Check them out and see how they can impact your game!
The Heroes of StarCraft Join the Fray!
Meet the new heroes:
Kerrigan, Queen of Blades – Starting with a unique mechanic for Zerg minions.
Jim Raynor – Utilizing a Battlecruiser that unlocks powerful upgrades.
Artanis – Featuring special bonuses for Protoss minions.
For two weeks after Patch 31.6, these heroes will be available for every game without rerolling.
Arena Reset
