Phillies Opening Day is almost here, and that means it’s time for baseball and tasty new food at Citizens Bank Park!
This year, Aramark, which has worked with the Phillies for a long time, is introducing some exciting new menu items. Here’s a taste of what to expect:
Red Velvet Affogato
This sweet treat combines red velvet cookies, creamy vanilla ice cream, and a shot of espresso. You can find it at The Yard in Section 102.
S’mores Quesadilla
Imagine a crispy flour tortilla filled with Nutella, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumble. It comes with a chocolate dipping sauce for extra sweetness. You can grab this at Section 142.
Kyle’s Cutlets
This mouth-watering chicken sandwich features burrata cheese, crispy fried pepperoni, and spicy arugula, all drizzled in hot honey sauce. It’s served on a fresh roll from Liscio’s Bakery. A portion of the sales goes to Schwarber’s Neighborhood Heroes, helping local community efforts. You can also find it in Section 142.
Alison Birdwell, the president and CEO of Aramark Sports + Entertainment, mentioned, “We took a deep dive into analyzing consumer purchasing behaviors to understand what our fans want.” This shows their commitment to enhancing the guest experience with exciting flavors.
Baseball isn’t just about the game; it’s also about the snacks! With these new options, it looks like fans are in for a treat this season. The Phillies Home Opener is set for March 31, and it’s a great chance to enjoy good food while cheering on the team.
So whether you’re a long-time fan or just getting into baseball, you’ll find something delicious to enjoy this season at the ballpark.
