Strong action by Meerut Police, announced reward of Rs 25,000 each on 5 absconding kidnappers

Sunil Pal Kidnapping Case: In Meerut district, the police has announced a reward of Rs 25,000 each on 5 absconding accused within the alleged kidnapping case of comic Sunil Pal. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Vipin Tada advised PTI that the absconding accused embrace Lavi alias Sushant alias Himanshu, Akash alias Gola alias Deependra, Shiva, Ankit alias Pahari and Shubham.

Reward announced

All 5 have been declared absconding within the comic Sunil Pal kidnapping case and a reward of Rs 25,000 each has been announced on them. He stated that the police are constantly conducting raids to arrest the accused. Police have already arrested an accused named Arjun Karnawal on this case.

TADA stated that Sunil Pal was allegedly referred to as on the pretext of acting at a program on December 2, after which he was kidnapped.

He advised that the kidnappers stored him hostage for about 24 hours and launched him solely after gathering a ransom of Rs 8 lakh. According to the SSP, after this Sunil’s spouse Sarita lodged an FIR in Mumbai, which was later transferred to Lal Kurti police station in Meerut and the native police began investigating the claims.

Earlier this week, Pal had taken to social media to reward the efforts of the police, the state authorities and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for taking swift action on this case.

In the same incident, Bollywood actor Mushtaq Khan was additionally just lately kidnapped and held hostage in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. According to the police, the miscreants have been planning to kidnap actor Shakti Kapoor on the pretext of inviting him to an occasion. But he has survived. The police is now taking sturdy action on this case.
