Zelensky insisted on a strong international response, stating that mere discussions are insufficient against such violent acts: “Talks have never stopped ballistic missiles and air bombs.”

The European Union’s top diplomat, Kaja Kallas, described the attack as a horrific contradiction—residents gathered for a holy celebration were met with violence instead. French President Emmanuel Macron echoed this sentiment, stressing the urgent need for a ceasefire.
