NEW DELHI: The Adani Group, that operates airports in seven cities together with Mumbai and is constructing a greenfield one at Navi Mumbai, is increasing its presence in the aviation area. Adani Defense Systems & Technologies Ltd (ADSTL) has signed a SPA to acquire 85.8% shareholding in Air Works, which does line upkeep, heavy checks, inside refurbishment, portray, redelivery checks, avionics and asset administration providers for its Indian and international clients.
