Right now, eZ Booking is available only for members of Maharaja Club, Air India’s loyalty program. With this feature, customers can book tickets by just texting or speaking their travel plans to the AI agent. This process cuts down the need to navigate through many screens or enter several commands on the website.

Traditionally, making a reservation online meant clicking through many pages, filling out various details about travel, selecting options, and then making a payment. eZ Booking aims to change that by reducing the number of clicks and screens needed to complete a booking. The goal is to create a smooth, hassle-free experience for users.

Dr. Satya Ramaswamy, the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Air India, expressed enthusiasm about the launch.
