We share the sad news of an employee’s passing on campus. This tragic incident occurred on August 13, and local authorities are currently investigating. They are also working to notify the next of kin. We will update the community as information becomes available.
To support those affected, in-person counseling is available at the university’s Counseling Center from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. If you need assistance outside these hours, please contact the Alfred University Office of Public Safety at 607-871-2108.
