Ambulance Helicopter Crash in Turkey : An ambulance helicopter collided with a hospital building in southwestern Turkey on Sunday (December 22, 2024) after which fell to the bottom and crashed. 4 people died in this accident. According to the Turkish Health Ministry, the ambulance helicopter was taking off from Mugla Training and Research Hospital. In which two pilots, a health care provider and one other medical personnel had been on board.
Mugla regional governor Idris Akbeyik informed the media that the helicopter first hit the fourth flooring of the hospital after which fell to the bottom. Ambulance helicopter seen transferring in dense fog
According to footage broadcast by NTV tv channel, the helicopter was flying from the roof of a hospital in Mugla metropolis in dense fog and low visibility circumstances and was heading in direction of Antalya metropolis. According to Turkish native media stories, the footage confirmed the helicopter hovering in the fog for a couple of minutes after takeoff. After this, after hitting the hospital, the helicopter crashed in an empty land close to the hospital.
