As ocean temperatures rise, the whales are adjusting their migration to align with the seasonal "bloom" of krill, their primary food source. However, Millien warns that climate change might be progressing faster than these magnificent creatures can adapt. Initial adjustments to migration timing could ultimately lead to more drastic changes in their patterns and diets, jeopardizing their survival.

The implications of these shifts are serious.
