On January 16, the Staples-Motley Cardinals played a great game against the Verndale Pirates, winning 58-41. Jada Ellingsen scored an impressive 21 points, and Hannah Cole contributed 16 points to the victory. Verndale’s top scorer was Emily Elfstrum with 12 points.
