Under the ONC Cures Act, health IT developers usually need to confirm their systems meet specific standards every six months. The policy will be in effect immediately until January 1, 2026. This flexibility extends to ensuring all necessary attestations for the previous reporting period are handled by December 31, 2025. The next deadline for attestations covering October 2025 to March 2026 will remain set for April 30, 2026.
