Research shows that the Big Arch generated a 2.2% increase in traffic during its first week. Hottovy emphasizes the importance of balancing everyday value with special deals. “Excitement can lead to repeat business,” he explained.
As prices rise, diners must decide if these larger burgers are worth the splurge. If you’re paying more, you should feel like you’re getting more value.
