Blake Lively Expands Lawsuit Against Justin Baldoni: New Allegations from Two Additional Women

Blake Lively has filed an updated lawsuit against her co-star Justin Baldoni. She claims his behavior on the set of “It Ends With Us” made two other actresses uncomfortable. Both women are ready to share their experiences if needed.

This new complaint builds on a previous lawsuit from December, where Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and a smear campaign aimed at damaging her reputation. The latest filing includes a new defamation charge against Baldoni and his team.

Baldoni, who also directed the film and co-founded its production company, has denied all accusations. He filed a countersuit in January, claiming Lively and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, are trying to discredit him and seize control of the project.

According to the amended complaint, Lively expressed her worries about Baldoni’s conduct to a Sony Pictures representative in May 2023. Shortly afterward, another actress also reported her concerns about Baldoni to both a Sony representative and a producer.

Despite feeling hesitant, this actress spoke out, sharing her belief that Baldoni’s behavior was affecting the film’s work environment.
