Boost Your Earnings: How Ten Lifestyle’s Digital Services Are Elevating Client Engagement

Ten Lifestyle Group (LON:TENG) is making waves in the concierge tech space. This London-based company partners with elite banks and luxury brands to offer exceptional lifestyle, travel, and dining services. They recently announced they expect to exceed earnings expectations for the year ending August 31, 2025.

Revenue Growth
Ten Lifestyle is forecasting net revenues of about £65.7 million, marking a 5% increase from last year. When adjusted for currency fluctuations, this figure rises to approximately £67.1 million. Their growth can be attributed to a 7% increase in active members, bringing the total to 375,000.

In addition to increased membership, their adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose by £1.8 million, reaching around £14.6 million. This performance surpassed market expectations and showed an improvement in profit margins.

New Contracts and Investments
The company secured several contracts in the second half of the year, including significant deals in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. A large European contract was also renewed with improved terms. Interestingly, Ten Lifestyle has a medium-sized contract in the Americas set to conclude by mid-2026.

They ended the reporting period with £10.6 million in cash and £9.8 million net cash after repaying £3.9 million in loan notes. To enhance their financial strategy, they have also secured a £5 million revolving credit facility with NatWest, allowing for better working capital flexibility.

Tech Innovations
CEO Alex Cheatle noted that these earnings reflect their investment in technology and automation. He highlighted the company’s innovations, such as Ten Digital Dining, which enhances member engagement. This system integrates bookings and recommendations across markets, making services more efficient. The introduction of Guardian, an AI-based quality assurance tool, also marks a significant enhancement in their offerings.

Sustainability and Trust
Founded in 1998, Ten Lifestyle operates in over 20 global offices and serves more than 50 financial institutions and luxury brands. They focus on providing customized travel, dining, and entertainment experiences through a unique business model that generates recurring revenue from long-term contracts.

Notably, Ten Lifestyle was the first company on AIM to earn B Corp certification, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.

Looking Ahead
Cheatle is optimistic about the future. The company has a strong pipeline of opportunities and aims to expand its digital services. The recent adoption rates for their new services have surged, suggesting a promising trajectory. Investor confidence is rising as well, with shares gaining value this year, driven by expectations that their digital expansion will support continued growth.

As Ten Lifestyle continues to evolve, the focus remains on enhancing member experience while maintaining a robust balance sheet. They aim to be recognized as the most trusted service platform globally, a goal they seem well on their way to achieving.
