Brandy & Monica Set to Dazzle Fans with Their First Co-Headlining Tour Ever!

R&B legends Brandy and Monica are hitting the road together for the first time. They made the big announcement on CBS Mornings. Their tour is called "The Boy Is Mine Tour," after their famous 1998 song. Along with them, Kelly Rowland and Muni Long will perform, with Jamal Roberts, the recent winner of American Idol, also joining the lineup.

“This is a full-circle moment,” Brandy shared. “Monica and I coming together isn’t just about the music—it’s about celebrating our journey and the love from our fans. ‘The Boy Is Mine’ was a crucial part of R&B history. Sharing the stage now is a celebration of our growth and sisterhood.”

The tour kicks off on October 16 in Cincinnati and wraps up in Houston on December 7. It will hit major cities like Chicago, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, offering fans a chance to relive those classic hits. Tickets go on sale June 27.

Brandy and Monica also shared a creative video directed by Ethan Tobman. In it, they find themselves locked away but use “The Boy Is Mine” to break free and reunite.

Monica added, “The love for ‘The Boy Is Mine’ means everything to me. This tour emphasizes our history and the impact we’ve had over the years. Brandy and I have been on our individual paths, but coming together reminds us of the strength of real music. We’re finally giving fans what they’ve wanted.”

Interestingly, there was renewed interest in "The Boy Is Mine" last year when Brandy and Monica collaborated on a remix for Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine. Monica remarked, “Working on the remix really helped us close the gaps.”
