Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel mentioned that Hill suffered a dislocated knee and was taken to a hospital for tests. In a surprising turn of events, Hill remained upbeat, cheering for fans as he was wheeled away on a cart. “He was probably in the best spirits of any player that I’ve ever seen have such a terrible experience,” McDaniel said. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa emphasized Hill’s positive nature, saying, “That’s just his personality.” Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Hill’s former teammate, simply wrote, “Prayers up man…..” on social media, echoing the sentiments of many fans and players concerned about Hill’s condition.
Since entering the NFL in 2017, Hill has topped the league in receiving yards, racking up over 11,000 yards and earning five All-Pro selections.
