Tonight’s episode of SmackDown kicked off with the entrance of Brock Lesnar, who seemed ready to address John Cena before their big match at Wrestlepalooza next weekend.
Before Lesnar could speak freely, he was interrupted by R-Truth, who brought his signature rap style to the ring. R-Truth couldn’t hold back and confronted Lesnar about the disrespect he showed to his childhood hero, Cena.
Surprisingly, Lesnar didn’t know who R-Truth was at first and asked for his name. Truth jokingly called himself “Ron Cena,” which led to some fun chants from the crowd.
Lesnar, in his classic tough-guy style, questioned R-Truth’s age and how he could possibly be related to Cena. Just when it seemed like things would settle, Truth warned Lesnar that “Super Cena” was coming to take him down at Wrestlepalooza. To end the banter, Lesnar took R-Truth out with an F5, all while making a joke about Truth missing a tooth.
In a funny twist, Lesnar split his pants during the move, revealing his blue underwear as he laughed while leaving the arena.
