BTS Spotted at Must-Try Bay Area Pizza Joint Before Their Sold-Out Stanford Concerts!

BTS has been making the most of their time in the Bay Area during their concert series at Stanford Stadium. One local favorite they discovered is Vesta, a pizza place in Redwood City.

The band visited Vesta on May 11, and V, known for his love of pizza, even mentioned it at their concert days later. “Next time we’re at Stanford, we’ll eat that yummy pizza,” he told fans, hinting at Vesta without naming it directly. Vesta’s co-owner, Peter Borrone, shared how the dedicated BTS fan base quickly connected the dots. Fans flooded his messages, confirming the restaurant was the one the band enjoyed.

“It was surreal,” Borrone remarked. He recalled the band arriving with security and settling into a private area. “They really enjoyed the food,” said Luis Valbivia, a staff member who was there when BTS visited. They notably ordered the popular Sausage & Honey pizza among others.

Borrone didn’t share the news on social media right away, hoping the group would come back before their last show on May 19. BTS didn’t just stick to one spot; they also visited the Hub Pickleball Club in San Jose. Fans captured moments of them playing in casual attire—basketball shorts and hoodies.

On Saturday, Jin shared a fun Instagram post featuring treats from California’s Great America, showing him enjoying churros and pretzels near the park’s iconic carousel.

This visit marked BTS’s thrilling return to the stage since 2022, with their ongoing global comeback tour supporting their new album, Arirang. Their shows at Stanford were their first in the Bay Area since their “Love Yourself” tour in 2018.

The excitement doesn’t stop there. Fans unable to catch the shows can still feel connected to BTS. This fall, RM will showcase his personal art collection in an exhibit at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. The exhibit, titled “RM x SFMOMA,” opens in October and will feature 200 pieces, making it a unique opportunity for fans.

Data from recent surveys indicate that BTS’s influence on local businesses can be substantial. A report suggested that businesses visited by the group often see a noticeable spike in foot traffic for weeks following their visit.

In a world where music and food intertwine, BTS’s adventures in the Bay Area show the power of celebrity in bringing attention to local gems.
