Celebrating Success: Two RCSO Supervisors Earn Degrees from Northwestern University!

Murfreesboro, TN – Two dedicated patrol supervisors from the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office recently celebrated a significant achievement: they graduated from Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command. Lieutenant Michael Rodgers and Sergeant David Alford completed an intense 10-week program focused on leadership and management.

The course prepares law enforcement professionals for senior roles. Patrol Captain Chris Kauffman praised their commitment to advancing in their careers. He believes the skills learned will be invaluable.

Rodgers reflected on the training, noting it covered vital areas like budget management, leadership, and labor laws.
