The 2026 Class of 20 Under 40 celebrates a talented group of Northwood University alumni who have achieved remarkable success in their careers and communities. From entrepreneurs to leaders in various fields, these honorees represent a vibrant mix of innovation and dedication.
“This class shines a light on innovators making significant contributions in their industries while embodying the values we teach at Northwood,” said Murray Kyte, the Vice President of Advancement.
Launched in 2023, the 20 Under 40 program honors alumni excelling professionally and personally. This year, over 250 nominations were received, making the selection process especially competitive. “We are thrilled to witness the continued impact of our alumni network,” added Robyn McLaughlin, Associate Alumni Director.

These honorees will be celebrated at a special reception on April 17, 2026, at The Henry, Autograph Collection in Dearborn, Michigan.
