Celtics Shatter Warriors’ Record: Most 3-Pointers in a Single NBA Season!

This puts them significantly ahead of the second-place team, the Warriors, who average about 5.9 fewer attempts each game. In fact, there’s a noticeable gap between the Warriors and the Milwaukee Bucks, who rank 18th.

Right now, all five of the Celtics’ starting players are attempting at least five three-pointers per game. On top of that, bench players Payton Pritchard and Sam Hauser add another 13.4 threes per game combined. This approach has clearly paid off, as the Celtics boast a stellar offensive rating of 119.6, ranking them second in the league.
