Roan expressed regret for any misunderstandings, saying, “I do not hate people who are fans of my music.”
Local reactions escalated when Rio de Janeiro’s Mayor, Eduardo Cavaliere, hinted at banning Roan from his city’s upcoming festival due to the incident.
Catherine Harding, Frello’s wife, weighed in, revealing that her daughter was unsure if Roan was actually present. She dismissed the idea that a hotel security guard was sent by Roan but acknowledged uncertainty about the man’s affiliation. Harding also noted that her daughter had previously been a fan of Roan and had hoped to attend her concert.
This isn’t Roan’s first brush with fan-related issues.
